This massive investment of 15.8 million dollars required Soboba to leverage the full spectrum of services from Synergy to allow us to deliver a brand new data center and business operation plan using best-practice methodologies and “best of the breed” industry-proven products. It alleviated our networking & security, unified communications, wireless, data center systems & architecture, IT consulting, support contract management, technology products, and technology training.
Synergy was able to help produce significant innovation in the information technology segments to allow us to remain relevant in our very local tribal gaming competitive market. Synergy Information Solutions enabled us to achieve key business contributions, such as:
1. Transition our existing fully functioning gaming operation with 2,000 machines, 17 table games, and multiple outlets into a new facility with a new 200 room hotel with zero downtime and beating the less than 4-hour window to close the old facility and open the new facility to the public.
2. Implement “best of the breed” infrastructure that is not only scalable for the immediate future but meets our Tribal organization’s overall twenty-five-year master development plan.
3. Implement a state of the art network design that meets the latest security standards, while leveraging the most recent technologies Internet Protocol television (IPTV) and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) throughout the property, including the casino floor EGM’s.
